Hello, my name is Niharika and I am a counselling psychologist. I have a double master's- Master's in Applied Psychology (specialization in Clinical) from TISS and Master's in Health & International Development from London School of Economics, UK. I have been practicing for over 4 years and deal with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, mental health concerns, stress, self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma, etc in my practice. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples. I use eclectic methods drawing from various schools of thought such as CBT, REBT, transactional analysis, existential therapy, etc depending on the client’s needs and goals. I work extensively with Indians based abroad in the US, UAE, and Europe. I am also a certified yoga instructor and incorporate it into my practice when relevant.  I believe in a holistic client-centered approach to healing and look forward to seeing you in the therapy space soon!
